Clearly these ovens weren’t inspired by us but rather an inspiration TO us and we just had to share them with everyone. The oil drum cooker is included because we adored it and had no where else to catalogue it on this site. There were many other earthen ovens in the towns of Nayarit, Mexico however we visited in the off season and most businesses were closed for the summer. A worthwhile trip for anyone with an interest in cob and tropical climates.
